Otsa Holiday House offers discounts on accommodation from 2 and more nights
Accommodation
Service includes rental of the whole holiday house, there will be no other customers on the property
1-2 people
1 person – 1 night 110 euros (Discounts! 2 nights 200 euros; 3 nights 280 euros).
2 people – 1 night 120 euros (Discounts! 2 nights 215, 3 nights 310 euros).
3 people – 1 night 130 euros (Discounts! 2 nights 235 euros, 3 nights 335 euros).
4 people – 1 night 140 euros (Discounts! 2 nights 255 euros, 3 nights 360 euros).
5 people – 1 night 150 euros (Discounts! 2 nights 270 euros, 3 nights 385 euros).
In case of longer stays discounts upon agreement.
Children up to 6 years old stay for free.
Extra bed upon request 20 euros per night. Extra bed for the big families is for free.
Pets are welcome for 10 euros per night, in case of longer stays pets stay for free from the 3rd night.
New! Sauna option (retro sauna) for the accommodation customers –
60 euros for 3 hours.
Party room rental
Service includes rental of the whole holiday house, there will be no other customers on the property.
You can choose between different packages, depending on the length of your event and if you would like to use the accommodation opportunity.
1. Children birthdays and other daily events
For up to 26 people from 10 to 16 o´clock – 125 euros per day
2. Evening events without accommodation
2.1 Up to 10 people
event ends latest 23.00 – 150 euros per evening
event ends latest at 02.00 at night – 200 euros per evening
2.2 Up to 18 people
event ends latest at 23.00 – 200 euros per evening
event ends latest at 02.00 at night – 300 euros per evening
2.3 Up to 26 people
event ends latest at 23.00 – 250 euros per evening
event ends latest at 02.00 at night – 350 euros per evening
3. Evening events with accommodation*

* accommodation for up to 5 people (there is 1 double bed and 3 single beds), check out next day latest at 12:00.
Additional services
Picnic equipment rental from 10 € per basket.
Party tableware rental from 1,5-3,5 € per person.
Guided nature walks from 5 € per person, but not less than 20 € per group.
NB! It´s not allowed to have a smoke indoors at the holiday house (60 € will be fined), loosing a key 40 €, broken/lost dishes 5 € per piece, if the kitchen applianches (as blender, kettle etc) or other electronical devices are damaged by clients negligence or vanished from the holiday house the fine starts from 40 €/piece.
