Please take your time and read the house rules, which apply during your stay

Booking and prepayments

  • After making a booking, the prepayment is needed, which is 50% of the cost of the service. The prepayment bill will be sent to the customer´s e-mail by the host. Prepayment must be paid at least 5 days beforehand the stay (except reservations with shorter notice). Prepayment will not be refunded in case of cancellations, which are made less than 5 days beforehand the stay.
  • Customer agrees to follow the house rules after paying for the service.
  • If the customer chooses to prepay 50% of the cost of the service (not the whole sum), then it´s possible to pay rest of the sum either by second bill beforehand the stay or in cash at the holiday house during arrival. 
  •  As Otsa Holiday House is little family business, customers are requested to inform the host about approximate time of the arrival and departure.

Check in

  • Check in starts at 15.00 and check out ends at 12.00
  • Customers need to present the personal ID (identification document) during the check in and fill the visitor card. Customer confirms the accuracy of the provided data with the signature on the customer card.

During the stay

  • The number of quests can´t exceed the number of people allowed by prior agreement . 
  • Pets are allowed at the territory only by prior agreement. Customer is responsible for the pet, cleaning after the pet and  the damage caused by the pet. Pets are not allowed to stay at the soft furniture (sofa, bed etc) provided by the holiday house.  
  • Vehicles can be parked only at the designated areas. Parking a caravan or trailer only by prior agreement. 
  • Camping is allowed for the holiday house quests only and on prior agreement. 
  • Set of bed clothes and towels is provided to each quest. It is mandatory to use the bed clothes in case of using the bed.
  • We request not to wear high heeles and outdoor shoes at the second floor.
  • Quests are responsible for the fire safety. Lighting candles and smoking indoors is strictly forbidden. Throwing down the cigarettes is also strongly prohibited. Cigarette butts must be placed in the decignated trash pin.  
  • Fireworks only by the prior agreement.
  • Making a campfire and using the barbecure is allowed only at the designated areas. It´s not allowed to leave lighted campfire and barbecue without supervision.
  • Throwing down the trash is strongly prohibited. Trash must be thrown into designated recycle bins.
  • Doors and windovs must be closed in case of leaving the quest house.
  • If the stay gets out of the control, in case of vandalism, non-compliance with the order or any such activity, gives host the right to end the customers stay at the quest house´s territory immediately without refunding.

Check out

  • The customer hands over the holiday house to the host orderly and in the previous condition. 
  • Customer cleans the used dishes, other kitchenware and appliances, empties the fridge. 
  • Customer is obliged to compensate the damage, whch is happened by customer´s own action and negligence. Customer is also responsible for all the the items, which have been damaged or vanished from the holiday house during the customer´s stay. The customer has to inform the host about any damages and the relevant document is compiled at the place by both sides. 
  • Host leaves himself a right to ask for a deposite. Deposite will be refunded (latest after 2 working days) after customer has handed over the holiday house and the host has not found any shortcomings.
