Accommodation
Holiday house features
On the first floor there is:
- spacious living room (30 m²) with big dining table, sofa and armchairs.
- well-equipped kitchen with tableware, stove and oven, microwave, freezer, kettle, spices and herb teas.
- separate toilet, shower and dressing room.
- bedroom for 5 people (1 double and 3 single beds). Extra children′s bed option on advanced notification.
Activities at the holiday house
You can relax at our spacious terrace and barbecue area, swing, enjoy the flower beds and have beautiful walks with scenic views over the meadows and through the forest.
During the winter (in case of suitable snow conditions) our customers are welcomed to enjoy sledge riding along our hill slopes.
The quest house locates at the Andsu Lakes Landscape Conservation Area, which is established to protect and preserve scenic landscape and lakes characteristic to the region. Just a stone throw away you can find two lakes (Andsu Perajärv and Edejärv), which are accessible from the Andsu Ski-jumping Hill´s side.

Additional services
Picnic equipment rental
Our holiday house quests are welcome to rent picnic equipment to enjoy outdoor dining with scenic views. Service includes rental of the picnic basket, blanket, pillows and glasses suitable for outdoor dining.
Guided nature walks
If you are interested in nature and would like to get more insight from our closest neighbourhood, feel free to order a quided nature walk. We can prepare the walk depending on your specific interests (for example focus can be on plants and mosses, medical plants, birds, traces on the snow or have a landscape game). Feel free to ask for more information.
Coming soon - homemade cakes and pastries
One fine day in the near future an additional service will be added – possibility to order homemade cakes and pastries from the hostess kitchen.
If you are interested about any of our additional services, please let us know at least 2 days beforehand your stay. Additional services are for a fee. As we do´nt have any card payment options, it is possible to pay for additional services at the holiday house in cash.
Party room rental
Service includes rental of the whole holiday house. Our spacious living room can be transformed to the party and other events. According to the size of the group, the room designs are different (see the options below). It is possible to place a buffet, coffe or champaigne table to the holiday houses kitchen. During the summer time the terrace, which is under the froof, can be also used for dancing, dining etc.

Party room for up to 10 people
Room design includes big dining table and seating area with sofa and armchairs.
Party room for up to 18 people
In case of this room design 18 people can be seated comfortably behind the dining tables and there is also room for dancing and musicians or the evening host to perform.
Party room for up to 26 people
Guests can be seated comfortably behind the dining tables and there is space for musicians and evening host, but there will be no indoors dancing area. During the summer season, it is possible to dance at our spacious terrace.
Room rental for other events
Our spacious living room (30 m²) can also be used for other events like meetings, seminars, worksops etc for up to 10 people. Room design is the same as the design of the party room for up 10 people. There is room at the holiday houses kitchen for buffet table. The dining tables can also be placed out to the terrace (35 m²) during the summer time. It is possible to use the music centre. Unfortunately we do not have presentation technique, like data projector, screen etc available at the moment. Please feel free to contact us and let us know about your exact expectations.
Tableware rental for parties and other events
We offer tableware rental as an additional service for the customers, who organize a party or other event at our holiday house. Service includes covering the party table with tablecloths, eating and drinking utensils according to the size of the group, also cleaning the tables and washing the dishes after the party.
If you are interested about the tableware rental, please let us know at least 2 days beforehand your stay. Additional services are for a fee. As we do´nt have any card payment options, it is possible to pay for additional services at the holiday house in cash.
Activities and sightseeing nearby
Our location offers plenty of choices to have a versatile, active and interesting holiday. Next there are some examples.
Winter activities
Closest trails for cross country skiing are 2 km away at Kubija and more demanding ones 10 km away at Haanja. You can find slopes with lifts at Veemäe (4 km from us) and Kütioru (11 km from us).
Beaches and spas
Lake Kubija´s public beach with it´s crispy and clear waters is about 2 km away. Võru´s public beach is about 6 km away from us.
Closest spa – Kubija Nature Spa is only 2 km away from us.
Hiking activities
About 10 km away you can explore Haanja Nature Park. Haanja Nature Park is in the highest region of Estonia and is established to preserve the landscape, wildlife and heritage of the area. You can find the highest peak of the Baltic states (Suur Munamägi – 318 m), deepest lake (Rõuge Suurjärv – 38 m) and the bog with the deepest peat layer (at Vällamäe hiking trail) of Estonia there. There are plenty of hiking opportunities to explore the nature park. Dont miss the scenic views of Suur Munamägi and Rõuge Ööbikuorg observation towers.

Price list and house rules
You can rent whole house from 98 € per night. We offer discounts to stays from 2 nights and bookings from Mondays to Thursdays. Check out our price list not to miss out our latest offers.
